Ferguson Terminal warehouse is divided into three sections: approximately 10,000 SF, 20,000 SF, and 20,000 SF. Our warehouse maximizes clear space with 37-foot ceiling height and no posts in the interior. Warehouse space is only offered through a long-term lease, and currently is fully leased.

We also lease yard area.
